Enrolling at Renaissance

Renaissance School’s year runs September through July and we have rolling admissions and year-round start dates.

We want to make sure families have what they need to make informed decisions. The best way to know if Ren School is a good fit is to visit and talk with our families and teachers.

We have Open Houses for K-5 and Middle School, as well as individual tours. The Open Houses and tours are a great way to visit our space and learn more about curriculum and culture.

Child Visit and Application

We require all children to visit for part of day so they can experience our educational environment. We also ask families to fill out a simple application prior to a child’s visit.

Rolling Start Dates

When a family and our faculty agree that Ren would be a good fit, we invite children to join throughout the school year, which runs from September through July.

Tuition and Financial Aid


The 2018-2019 Tuition (K-8) is $13,781.

Annual Supply Fees: $300 per child

Middle School curriculum fee: additional $750 per child 11 years and over

Monthly plans available.

Tuition Assistance

A Renaissance School is committed to providing financial assistance to current families and applicants who show a demonstrable need for the coming school year. All Tuition Assistance award decisions are made by the school and are dependent upon available funds.

Applying for Aid

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Renaissance School. A $35 fee for each complete submission will be charged by FACTS for processing the application.

New families, please note: you must be admitted prior to filling out financial aid form.

Financial Aid application available starting in November.

Priority Deadline

The Financial Aid priority deadline is February 1st, with decisions made by late February. Families experiencing a sudden financial hardship, such as a job loss, during the year may also apply at that time; the school is sometimes able to provide immediate short-term assistance.
